Because water is scarce in Sen Sok, our water wells are more expensive, which makes increasing water mobility an essential part of our program.
Our goal is to ensure that each community well we build comes with a water cart. The cart is then cared for and maintained by the well committee, and is rented to users. The rental income is set aside to fund the well's maintenance.
