As 40% of the Cambodian population does not have access to an improved source of water, drilling wells is the first priority. Since 2008, The Seeds & Springs initiative has brought access to life giving water to over 1,000 individuals, and enhanced agricultural skills to dozens families. The goal of this initiative is to bring the critical resources villagers need in order to thrive in their rural environment.

Each new deep water well in Sen Sok community opens countless opportunities, while most villagers discover life with access to a clean source water for the first time. As a direct result, agricultural possibilities start to grow and Community First comes in to support farmers with a team of specialists to help them diversify their activities.
