Community First empowers people living in the villages of rural Cambodia to create sustainable means for improving the quality of their lives.
Our vision is to have a significant and sustainable positive impact on the lives of Cambodians living in rural villages. This is embodied in our five-year plan and achieved by increasing villagers access to healthcare, education and job training, sustainable agriculture techniques, employment opportunities, clean water and sanitation.
Our initiatives are designed to enhance the economic, social and environmental bottom lines of the communities with which we work. Our integrative approach towards community development also ensures that all of our initiatives reinforce each other, maximizing the benefits to the villagers.
